Surrealist painter.
Studied at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas Cristobal Rojas and the Instituto Pedagogico de Caracas between 1976 and 1986. Taught Art at the Escuela de Artes Plasticas Cristobal Rojas and the Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas.
Perdomo has had solo exhibitions at the Piag Museum, Miami (2005) and Museum of Americas, San Juan, Puerto Rico (2005), as well in several Latin American cities.
